Welcome to Party Social. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Party Social mobile application (the "Service") operated by Party Social ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Party Social utilizes Apple's iCloud and CloudKit for authentication and data storage. You must be signed in with a valid Apple Account to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your Apple Account credentials. We do not have access to your Apple Account password.
Our Service allows you to create, publish, and share Card Packs, profile information, chat messages, and game prompts ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you post or share.
By publishing Content to the public database (such as a Card Pack), you grant us the right to display, distribute, and reproduce it within the Service for other users. You retain ownership of your Content.
You agree not to post Content that is:
Party Social is a multiplayer experience. You agree to treat other players with respect. We provide features to block users, but we are not responsible for the conduct of any user during gameplay or in chat.
Because gameplay utilizes Peer-to-Peer (WebRTC) technology, you understand that your device will connect directly to other players' devices, which may expose your IP address to those users. You agree not to use the Service to distribute malware, intercept network traffic, or perform denial-of-service attacks.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Party Social and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Party Social.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or post inappropriate Content to the public database.
In no event shall Party Social be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted peer-to-peer connectivity.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
